Rashida Jones

Rashida Jones was born in Los Angeles, California to Quincy Jones, a media producer and mogul, and Peggy Lipton, Rashida is the younger sister of actress Peggy Lipton and Quincy Jones. Her older sister is Kidada Jones, as well as five half-siblings through the other relationships her father has with his children. Her father is African-American, and her mother Ashkenazi Jewish (a descendant from the emigrants who emigrated to Russia as well as Latvia). Rashida was raised in Reform Judaism.
