Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell has worked as a chef, TV host in America and a teacher at Institute of Culinary Education. She hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network. Her signature spiky blonde hair and bubbly personality Anne Burrell eliminates the intimidation of eating out and offers concise easy-to-master techniques to cook at home on her Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. Chef Burrell is also a part of some of the top restaurants in New York, studied the cuisine and culture of Italy as well as competed in Food Network's Iron Chef America. Growing up in the upper reaches of New York area, Chef Burrell developed a passion for food and cooking early on. The Culinary Institute of America is where she enrolled following her graduation with an English diploma and Communications certificate from Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America was where I had the most enjoyable time of my life. I couldn't study or accomplish enough. After graduation, Burrell spent one year in Italy studying at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and working in the Umbrian restaurant La Taverna del Lupo as well as Tuscany's La Bottega del 30, a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was during this time that her experience in Italy allowed her to comprehend and appreciate the Italian way of life and its culture and has made an impression on her perception of food. Burrell has been a member of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board to brighten the lives of kids facing difficulties. She is also an Juvenile Research Foundation Celebrity Ambassador which promotes education about children with diabetes. She is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and travels throughout the United States in her mentorship job. Anne has stated during her career in the kitchen that she feels so fortunate to be able share with others what is essential to her.

Yvonne Joyce Craig (May 16 1937 - 17 August the 17th of August, 2015) was an American dancer and actress popular for her character as Batgirl in the 1960s television series Batman as well as her role as the green-skinned Orion slave girl Marta in the Star Trek episode "Whom Gods Destroy" (1969).
